The Municipality of Saint-Chéron has entrusted FBG Architecture with a project management mission for the construction of the new school canteen for primary and elementary schools. FBG Architecture proposed to build the wooden building (Establishment Receiving the Public) with straw bale insulation. The town hall is carrying out an exemplary ERP project through its building approach constructed from renewable materials (wood and straw).
The program consists of:
• 2 children's dining rooms
• a kitchen area
• staff premises
• technical rooms
